	Magnolia ‘Little Gem’	4m high – 2.5m wide	Full Sun	Little Gem’ is a hardy and reliable plant that is relatively pest and disease free. It will flower well from an early age; its creamy white scented flowers are a highlight during Summer and Autumn.
	Olea ‘Swan Hill’	7m high – 4m wide	Full Sun	An attractive Olive variety with a more upright form and silvery foliage. A low fruiting variety.
	Magnolia ‘Kay Parris’	4m high – 3m wide	Full Sun	Great foliage, a very long flowering season, tolerates cold a little more than most magnolias. The leaves are a nice green, extremely glossy, with a deep orange on the underside.
	Eucalyptus cae. ‘Silver Princess’	7m	Full Sun	A slender, open-crowned tree of weeping habitat. Dark brown bark which peels in curling strips to show a pale under surface and has deep green foliage with a whitish bloom. Flowering occurs in winter and spring and the flowers are large and pink to red.
	Magnolia ‘Little Gem’	4m high – 2.5m wide	Full sun - part shade	It has a dense growth habit, glossy leaves with a rusty reverse, and creamy white fragrant flowers in spring and summer.
	Prunus blireana	5m	Full sun	This ornamental tree has slender, arching branches, double mauve pink flowers, and reddish-purple leaves which turn purplish green in summer. Requires protection from winds and regular watering.
	Callistemon ‘Kings Park Special’	4m	Full Sun	Throughout spring and autumn large masses of bright red bottlebrush flowers are produced. Low maintenance evergreen shrubs are great for screening and hedging.
	Pyrus Capitol	9-11m High x 2-3m Wide	Full Sun	A slender, columnar tree with a strong central leader, and attractive symmetrical branching. It is very popular due to it’s more upright and narrow growth, autumn colour and spring flowers. A very hardy, fast growing and disease resistant tree.

	Lagerstroemia indica	6m high – 4m wide	Full Sun	They are a deciduous shrub/tree, it will grow as a single trunked tree. They are grown for their brightly colour flowers which appear in abundance during mid to late summer.
	Liquidamber Styraciflua	30m high – 8m wide	Full Sun	Also known as the ‘Sweet Gum’, Liquidambar trees are deciduous and produce brilliant colours during Autumn.
	Melaleuca quinquenervia	12m high – 4m wide	Full sun	It has broad, oval, grey/green leaves and creamy/white bottle brush flowers that appear in spring and sporadically at other times during summer and autumn.
	Fraxinus griffithii	8m high – 4m wide	Full sun – part shade	A fast-growing tree with shiny green leaves on the top and silvery coloured underneath. White flowers are produced during spring.
	Corymbia ficifolia	15m high – 10m wide	Full sun	A spectacular tree with a spreading crown and terminal clusters of bright red to orange flowers during summer.
	Pyrus Nivalis	9m high – 6m wide	Full Sun	This attractive deciduous ornamental pear has a graceful upright growth habit. Silver grey foliage throughout spring and summer, turning to red in autumn. Spring produces pretty white flowers with mildly sour fruit.
	Hibiscus Tiliaceus Rubra	8m high – 5m wide	Full sun	Also known as Cottonwood Hibiscus, a native with heart shaped, deep green to red foliage. In spring produces pastel yellow flowers. Suitable for dense screening or a hedge, low maintenance & bird attracting.
	Jacaranda mimisofolia	10m High x 10m Wide	Full sun – part shade	Fast growing, semi-evergreen tree with attractive, ferny foliage. In spring and summer, large drooping bunches of lilac-blue, tubular blooms create a spectacular, long lasting display.
	London Plane	Up to 30m High	Full sun – part shade	The maple-leaved sycamore is a monoecious, single-sexed plant. The flowers appear together with the foliage, about the beginning of May. Most of the flowers are in pairs on the kitty. While the male flowers are quite small and appear greenish-yellow, the crimson female flowers are more eye-catching.
	Coral Tree – Erythrina Indica	Up to 10m High	Full sun – part shade	The deep red flowers are profuse and appear early winter to spring before the leaves appear.
	Gleditsia Shademaster	8m High x 7m Wide	Full sun	Grows best in full sun, with moist soils. May need protection from frosts in early stages. Leaves are deep green throughout spring and summer. Flowers are insignificant, followed by small seed pods.
	Fraximus Raywoodii – Claret Ash	12m High x 7m Wide	Full sun	An attractive, some say fast growing deciduous tree with an upright growth habit and open canopy. The foliage is deep green and narrow in summer and as autumn approaches, turns a rich claret colour, hence the name. This is a beautiful tree with stunning autumn colours, tolerant of frost and drought.

	Strelitzia reginae	2m high – 1.5m wide	Full sun – part shade	Commonly known as bird of paradise, this large evergreen plant produces long stalked leaves with striking orange and blue flowers that resemble an exotic bird, through spring and summer.
	Xanthorhaea preisii	5m	Full sun – part shade	It has a tuft of grassy leaves atop a dark thick trunk, with cream flowers borne on a tall spear-like spike.
